My kid's have been training here for a little over two months. We have always had good experience when training at the gym. We started out just trying the free... read more one week trial and ended up liking it. My youngest trains in the small kids class. I like that they teach the kids in a way where they are learning but also having fun. Some of the drills the kids do seem like games but they help them with reflexes. There are days they play games where one child tries to push the other child out of an area. They are preparing the kids for the next class which includes grappling. My son is in the older kids class. I like how the coaches teach the kids consistently. The coaches will drill a move for multiple days. This allows the kids time to learn the move and fix any wrong movements or placement of their arms and legs. My son enjoys when they have the opportunity to grapple towards the end of the class. Where else can kids have a space where they can play rough? The coaches will watch closely as the kids grapple and make sure they are doing it in a safe manner. Both my kids have made a lot of new friends there. Both have them have grown more confident. The staff is very professional and friendly. The place is clean. I like the framed drawings that are around the room. I would recommend people try the free one week trial.
